The Amhara Credit and Savings Institution is developing a 26-floor mixed-use development located at Sudan street, Addis Ababa. It is situated in the financial district of Addis Ababa within a cluster of bank HQ’S such as the National Bank of Ethiopia, Zemen National Bank, and Oromia International Bank, the development upon completion would also serve as the company’s headquarters.

Piling started in Q4:2018 and construction is slated to be completed in 2021. The main contractor is Fujian based Chinese company,  China Wu Yi, who will handle all the aspects of the development process including interior design.

Upon completion, the proposed Amhara Credit and Savings Institution HQ will have an office and residential elements. It is built on a gross land area of 4,000sqm and has a gross floor area of 72,000sqm. 

The Amhara Credit and Savings Institution was incorporated in 1995 and the headquarters is located at Bashir Dir in the Amhara Region.
