African Capital Alliance (ACA) has relocated its new in Alliance Place, a recently completed office development in Ikoyi. They are moving out of C & C Towers on Sanusi Fafunwa Street in Victoria Island, which is owned by the Chagoury Group. Alliance Place was developed by Edimara Properties Limited, a joint between ACA Holdings Limited (the investment holding arm of African Capital Alliance) and Samges Investments Limited.
The property is located on 33A Alfred Rewane (Kingsway) Road and has 6,670sqm of leasable office space spread out across 7 floors and 4 levels of parking.
African Capital Alliance, along with its subsidiaries, Capital Alliance Nigeria Limited, ValuAlliance Asset Management Limited (formerly SIM Capital Alliance Value Fund) and CAN Fund Manager Limited will occupy approximately 1.5 floors on the top two levels of this building. ACA joins other tenants such as the IFC, Member of the World Bank Group, who opted to acquire their space in Alliance Place for an undisclosed amount in lieu of renting. Prior to this, they occupied space in Atlantic House in Victoria Island, owned by the Sanlam Africa Core Real Estate Fund.
