The development is being overseen by Centenary City Developers FZE, which is a joint venture between Front Range Developers FZE and Centenary City Plc. Sales for The Grove, the city’s flagship residential project, launched earlier this month and 800sqm plots of land are currently being sold for c. $70,000.
