  • Floors: 15
  • Use: Office
  • Contractor: Cappa D’Alberto
  • Developer: Quantum Luxury Properties Limited
  • Size: 8,096sqm of Lettable Office Space

The Civic Tower is an office development located in Victoria Island – Lagos, proposing one of the best locations for prime office development. It’s right beside Falomo, which means great access to Ikoyi, Lagos Island and the mainland and it’s in the middle of Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, which means great access to Victoria Island and Lekki Epe Express.

The building was completed in Q3:2015 and is said to be fully occupied with tenants including Deloitte, who are acting as the anchor for the project.

Spread out over 15 floors, it will provide up to 8,096sqm of prime lettable office space with individual floor spaces ranging from 342sqm – 682sqm. The tower is surrounded by many amenities including the Civic Centre, Oriental Hotel, a Helipad, Radisson Blu Hotel, Four Points Hotel, a Jetty and other prominent upcoming developments like The Wings.

The developer, Quantum Luxury Properties (QLP) which Jim Ovia chairs, is a real estate investment company focused on making proprietary real estate investments in West Africa. It is wholly-owned by Quantum Capital Partners (QCP) a generalist private equity firm focused on investing primarily in West Africa, with selective consideration for wider Sub Saharan Africa investments.

They are promising intelligent building features, spectacular panoramic views of the Five Cowrie Creek even the from lowest office floors and other facilities in their flagship office development.
