Cluttons International Ltd (IL) during a press conference held on November 27th 2017 in Lagos, Nigeria, announced that it officially became International Real Estate Partners (IREP), a client advisory company capable of providing real estate advisory, broking, design and management services to clients across the globe.

Cluttons LLP, the international real estate services company which operates in over 50 countries, in 2015 launched in Lagos, Nigeria, via Cluttons IL in partnership with Alpha Mead Facilities in a bid to increase its international presence and bring its real estate expertise to West Africa for the first time following its success in the UK, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, India and South Africa.

Unfortunately, due to a pre-pack administration and acquisition by specialist turn-around investment firm RCapital, the wider Cluttons group had to reduce their investment interests in operating countries outside of London and some parts of the Middle East, their business interest in Nigeria i.e. Cluttons IL, was also affected.

Although having spent a short time in Nigeria, Cluttons grew to have four retail malls, one residential and one commercial property under their management and consulted for the likes of Shell Nigeria, Cummins, Huawei, Nokia and many more.

IREP maintains global partnerships in the UAE, India, China, Egypt, the UK and the European Union and assures real estate investors, asset owners and corporate tenants that their services in Nigeria and technical offerings are unwavering and will remain fully committed to international best practice.

IREP is headquartered in Dubai with offices in Lagos, Kenya, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
