Located at the core of the new Centenary City, The Africa Square and Tower is a 308m mixed use development that will include residential and office elements. While the exact number of floors has not been provided specifically, there will be 46 floors of office space and 30 floors of luxury apartments. In total, the development should have well over 70 floors, with the assumption that some floors will have both office and residential components.The Africa Square and Tower will be surrounded by Lagoons and waterways and is expected to be the landmark of the Centenary City.

Eagle Hills, which develops flagship city destinations, is the the developer of the entire Centenary City project. They are keen on urban expansion and renewal projects that positively impact business, tourism and ensure sustainable economic growth. They are also behind the development of the Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia, a smart new mixed used city built around the tallest tower in the region.

The company has started to accept the registration of interest from prospective investors and buyers.
