Grenadines Homes are well known for their single and multi family residential home developments in Lekki/Ajah, Ikeja and other regions in Lagos and Abuja. However, this will be their first venture into large scale property development and they are seemingly taking an aggressive approach by involving world renowned architects and tapping the best domestic contractors.

Construction is yet to start on this project but it is expected to start by year end or early 2016. Project duration will be an estimated 36 months.
