The Atlantic Resort is a proposed mixed use development by Grenadines Homes located on Water Corporation Drive in Oniru/Victoria Island Annex. It will include 3 towers, where 2 towers are residential and the other is mixed use with office and hospitality components.
The residential tower will offer 142 one to three bed apartments, with sizes ranging between 113sqm and 244sqm. The mixed use tower will comprise of a luxury 50-room hotel and 15,588sqm of gross lettable office space that can be divided into 54 saleable units. Other amenities in this development include a spa, restaurants, gym, cafe, retail stores, swimming pools, ballroom and a library.
Currently, Water Corporation Road is accessible through Ligali Ayorinde Street from Victoria Island, however the proposed coastal road will see Water Corporation Road linked directly to Ahmadu Bello Way. The project will be located after the Landmark Event Centre and Tower, closer to the Trinity House Church.
Grenadines Homes are well known for their single and multi family residential home developments in Lekki/Ajah, Ikeja and other regions in Lagos and Abuja.
