Landmark Waterview Apartments is a residential development consisting of 138 luxury apartments that fit into a lettable area of 36,000 sqm. It will contain studio apartments, 1 – 4 bedroom apartments, 3 & 5 bedroom penthouses. It is surrounded by the wider Landmark village scheme which consists of an office tower of over 20,000 sqm, a retail boulevard of 8,000 sqm, a 4,200 sqm events center, Hard Rock Cafe & Shiro restaurant, a 4-star Renaissance Hotel by Marriott International and Marriott Executive Apartments. It was proposed to be completed in 2021 but this is unlikely as building construction hasn’t started yet.
Landmark Waterview Apartments offers 18 floors of apartments and 6 floors of indoor parking. The 7th floor of the building has been designed as a central leisure hub consisting of the following amenities; Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Children’s Pool, Clubhouse, Games Room, Outdoor Lounge, Children’s Play Area and Residents Storage Area.
The building offers a Grey Shell option and a customizable layout. The term “Grey Shell” means the apartment will be offered to you with screeded floors, walls and ceilings, and mechanical and electrical outlets terminating at the distribution board and a customizable layout means you have the option of purchasing just the amount of space you require and still have the building’s design team work with you in designing an apartment layout to your specific requirements.
The project is still conceptual and members of the project team haven’t been made public yet. Landmark Waterview is in close proximity to other residential projects in Water Corporation drive such as Empire Royale and The Oceanna which are already under construction.
