Onitsha Mall is a shopping center development in the commercial capital of Anambra State with up to 11,000m² of prime retail space. It opened on the 14th of April 2016 and is the largest formal retail shopping center in Onitsha.
African Capital Alliance (ACA) and the Anambra State Government are the development team behind this project, with ACA still investing out of its $165m fund that closed in 2008. The developers are promising that it will be one of the most iconic malls in South-Eastern Nigeria.
The new mall features 52 inline set stores and is located on Park Road in the Onitsha Government Reserved Area. It is also part of a mixed-use precinct that features the Park Inn by Radisson hotel.
