Seattle Court is a luxury residential development located on Walter Carrington Crescent in Victoria Island, Lagos. The project comprises 24 residential units, including twenty 3-bedroom apartments and four 4-bedroom two storey penthouses.

The developers intend to deliver a blend of performance, elegance and efficiency to create a new benchmark in sophisticated urban living. Designed by ECAD Architects, this property will offer gym facilities, outdoor swimming pool, bar and direct waterway access to Five Cowry Creek via a private jetty. Inside, the apartments will include well sized en-suite bedrooms, large windows for natural light and modern custom designed fitted kitchens.

Walter Carrington Crescent is among the most exclusive and arguably one of the safest regions in Victoria Island. This is a result of the strong concentration of international Embassies and Consulates located along the Crescent. The most notable ones include the American Consulate General, British High Commission, Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany, Russian Embassy, Lebanese Embassy as well as the HQ for Forte Oil and Stanbic IBTC Bank.

The development manager for this project is Àrgentil Asset Management, the same development management team behind The Wings Office Towers, which is located nearby. The building is at 85%-90% completion now with beneficial completion scheduled by the end of Q1:2018. Internal works are near full completion, internal walls and floor tiles are finished and about 90% of sanitary wares, kitchen fixtures and doors have been installed. Work is still ongoing on external landscape features, paving, car parks, bar and canopies.
