Silver Valley Mall is a shopping center development located in oil rich Port Harcourt in Rivers State. It is being developed by Capital Alliance Property Investment Company, an African Capital Alliance Company, who are also behind Onitsha Mall .

The mall will offer approximately 13,000m2 of retail space, however the developers may still adjust the size depending on market demand as well as the state of the economy. Silver Valley Mall will have the usual retail offering of fashion, fast food, health and beauty, Pharmacy, cinema and other specialist retailers. According to Broll Nigeria, average net rentals in Port Harcourt were $50/m2/month in Q2:2016.
