The Sphere is a 7 floor mixed use development in Victoria Island, which is expected to be complete in Q2/Q3:2016. It is located on Kofo Abayomi Street but can also be seen from Akin Adesola Street at the Sanusi Fafunwa Street junction. Roofing for both blocks is almost complete, however external tiling is yet to begin.

Though the development is predominantly residential, the ground floor of each block will be dedicated to office and luxury retail. The other 6 floors will be exclusively residential with penthouses and 26 four-bedroom apartments.

Cadwell are renowned for their high ceilings and Italian style upmarket developments in Ikoyi, especially the well known West Foster Harbour. Lifestyle amenities available include a fitness suite, a spa, cafe, luxury retail, lounge and juice bar among others.

The contractor for the project is Elalan, who are also involved in other high profile projects across Lagos like the Wapic Insurance HQ on Awolowo Road and Kunech Tower on the Lekki Epe Express Way. Pieach Limited, who have won awards for their designs across Africa are the architects that designed The Sphere.

      Hi Sebastian, not yet unfortunately. However luxury flats of this sort usually go upwards of $70,000/annum in VI and Ikoyi. They haven’t stated if it will be for sale or lease, but Cadwell typically hold on to their properties.
