Earlier this week, the Estate Intel team visited Blue Water apartments in the Okunde Bluewater Zone of Lekki Phase 1. The first phase of this luxury mixed-use development is the Sapphire Tower, which is 17 floors high and consists of 124 apartments with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units as well as four penthouses on topmost floor.
Upon completion, the project will offer many leisure, entertainment and recreational features and amenities, including a fitness center, entertainment lounges, tennis and basketball courts, international retail and F&B outlets.
One unit in this fantastic apartment building will set you back a minimum of N41,000,000 ($113,888); with the penthouse costing N250,000,000 ($694,000).
It is being developed by African Capital Alliance and Elalan Group while the master planning and design was completed by Ngonyama Okpanum & Associates. Diamond bank is the mortgage provider.
Following a review of the building features and profile of the off-takers, management is considering adding a crèche within the podium. The scheduled completion date is December of 2019.
