About A Global Pandemic: Local Realities and Peculiarities – A View From The Frontline

With over 4 million confirmed cases and over 300,000 deaths globally, the world and Nigeria continue to battle the Covid-19 pandemic.
Since the first case in Nigeria on the 27th of February 2020, the virus has spread to over 5,000 individuals in 35 states in the country. The spread of the virus has brought to light the weak capacity of our health care systems and the likelihood of this exacerbating the impact of the pandemic on our economy.
This webinar seeks to take an in-depth look at how the pandemic is currently affecting the economy and proffer possible ways forward.
