Ikoyi Plaza, a mixed-use development located along Awolowo Road was just completed and opened last week, in August 2022. The development is an 8-floor building meant to consist of retail spaces, office spaces, cinema, gymnasium, a large parking lot area, and many other amenities. This addition to the commercial space has added an extra 13,630sqm to Ikoyi’s commercial and retail space. You can read more about the development here.

The development was built by the Lagos State Development Property Company (LSDPC) in partnership with Ibile Holdings Limited.

Ibile Holdings Limited is a property developer having built other developments such as: Ikeja Aviation Plaza, The Campbell Centre in Lagos Island. Lagos State Development Property Company (LSDPC) is another property developer with  its portfolio including: Lekki Apartments (Lagos HOMS), Bayview Estate, amongst others.

Food Co, a leading retailer offering online supermarket services, has already launched an outlet in the new plaza building, and we hope to see more occupiers in the building.
