Last week, we visited Azuri Peninsula in the Marina District of Eko Atlantic, Lagos. The external structure of this 30+ floor luxury residential development that includes 3 towers, is nearing completion, as 2 of the towers are currently at the 32nd floor mark while the final is on its 28th.

Following a review of the market, the developers are considering adding mixed-use elements including office and retail as well as apartments with fewer bedrooms, specifically in the Zuna Tower. According to the Azuri team, a variation of 2 bedroom apartments is being incorporated with sizes around the 100sqm mark. The others – Oban Tower and Orun Tower will have the standard have 4 bedroom apartments, 5 bedroom simplexes and a 7 bedroom ultra-luxury villas.
