The Africa Logistics Properties (ALP) West Logistics Phase 4 is complete and ready to be occupied according to an announcement made by Africa Logistics Property. The industrial development which has been named ALP Kyoga is located in the ALP West Logistics Park development being built at Tilisi, Kenya.
Here are some facts you should know about the ALP Kyoga:
- ALP Kyoga is the 4th phase in an 8 phase development by Africa Logistics Properties. The full 8 phases would occupy a land size of 49 acres.
- ALP Kyoga has a total size of 110,000sqft (10,219 sqm) and offers warehousing units with sizes ranging from 5,382 sq ft (500 sqm) to 107,639 sq ft (10,000 sqm).
- The development began in the second quarter of 2021 and has now been completed in the last quarter of 2022.
- The grade A warehouse development was built with small-scale clients, such as SMEs and startups in the supply chain or logistics sector. This was done by making warehousing units as small as 5,382 sq ft (500 sqm).
- The development is a green building and has achieved:

- 54% Energy savings and
- 62% less embodied materials.
