• The development began in the second quarter of 2021 and has now been completed in the last quarter of 2022.
• The grade A warehouse development was built with small-scale clients, such as SMEs and startups in the supply chain or logistics sector. This was done by making warehousing units as small as 5,382 sq ft (500 sqm).
• The development is a green building and has achieved:
