Madina Tower is yet another addition to the growing number of prime office developments on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road in Victoria Island, Lagos. Similar developments like The Wings Towers, Civic Tower, The Waves, Marriot Waterfront Victoria Island and Radisson Blu are contributing to the transformation of Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue into a mixed-use hub. The new tower, which is being developed by Athena Capital, will offer 8,140m² of office space spread out over 12 of the 16 floors. Floor plate sizes will range between 636m² – 686m².

The basement, ground, 1st and 2nd floors will provide 100 parking bays, however the ground floor will also include a luxurious 5 meter high reception and 20m² showroom.

Other features include energy efficient glass curtain walls, fresh air recycling plant and a heat recovery system, Daikin’s latest generation VRV, high speed lifts, balconies and more. Construction began in 2014 and estimated completion is late 2016 or early 2017.

The external cladding process for the tower commenced in Q1:2016.
