The Chelsea Hotel Ikoyi is a 160-room hotel located at the intersection of Alfred Rewane (Kingsway), Gerrard and Osborne Road in Ikoyi, Lagos. The developers, Chelsea Group, also own hotels in Abuja. They intend on making the Ikoyi hotel a 10 floor, 5-star facility that will cost $25m. The distinctive build style which incorporates steel frames indicated that the build time should have been considerably faster, but that has not been the case.

There are many other impressive mixed use commercial real estate projects nearby including Heritage Place, Alliance Place, Temple Tower, Kingsway Tower, BAT Rising Sun, DSPDC’s residential developments and the abandoned Lxury Collection Hotel.
