Acting as the Main Contractor, Structural Engineer, and Project Manager, Black Diamond Engineering is taking the project consulting lead in this 10-floor residential project located on the corner of Ruxton and Alexander Road in Ikoyi. Dubbed ‘The Eyes of Lagos’, the residential tower will add even more luxury 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses onto the saturated Ikoyi market. It was designed by DAAB Forms Limited and construction commenced in 2018. As the series of images below show, the project is currently on the 4th level.
