The groundbreaking ceremony for the Pacific Towers on Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos was held on Friday the 5th of July 2019. The project is being sponsored by Global Property Partners, a subsidiary of the Cavalli Business Group. Its sister company, Deluxe Residences is responsible for over 5 residential properties located in Oniru, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki.

The proposed 14-floor development will be mixed-use, comprising 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for commercial and residential use, as well as, penthouse suites and recreational spaces on each floor.

According to the developers, the expected completion for the project is in 2022, however, the main contractors and other members of the project team are yet to be announced. The project has been listed on our ongoing projects since Q3:2018.

Given its prime location, the Pacific Tower has a view of the Lagos Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. Its proximity to commercial and premium facilities in Lagos is an additional perk available to its residents. It features a mosaic-tiled swimming pool and offers 24/7 security and facility management.

During the groundbreaking ceremony, Global Property Partners also debuted a flexible investment option, titled the Pacific Mutual Investment Plan, for The Pacific Lagos from as low as N10 million. This development further transforms Ozumba Mbadiwe into a hub of mixed-use facilities, with similar developments like The Wings Towers, The Waves, Civic Tower, and Madina Tower in close proximity to it.
