The Rose of Sharon Tower is a mixed use development that is located in Victoria Island, with views facing Kuramo waters and the Atlantic Ocean. There are 3 floors dedicated to office space and 8 floors dedicated to residential. The residential floors consist of 32 individual apartments, including 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms apartments. According to the developer, they were all constructed with an international standard and a luxury finish. Amenities available in the building include a gym with all the latest equipment, a pool and access to a club room for all residents of the building.
It is being developed by the Day Spring Development Property Company Limited, where the Executive Vice Chairman is Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija. The ‘Rose of Sharon’ name is an inherent part of most projects, businesses or organisations that she is involved with. The contractor for the project is Julius Berger and the pictures below show that this ‘Yoruba/German flower’ was built to relative perfection. The development should was completed in early Q1:2015.
