The Juliana is a residential project by Dave Kubak Construction Limited located in Ilasan, Lekki. It is a 3-floor development made up of 12 units of two-bedroom flats. Juliana is a name with Latin origins meaning “youthful”, and this is a not so subtle hint that the target demographic for this residential development is young professionals and young families.
