Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA) has now opened their first office development in Ghana, as well as the first office building in Appolonia City; Adumuah Place.

The grade A office is strategically located in Appolonia City enhancing key accessibility from greater Accra away from the CBD. The  development features  a 3-storey building built on a land size of 4,047sqm offering 1,996 sqm of prime office space, 85 open parking spaces, as well as a  retail area (including spaces for pharmacies, convenience shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beauty salons). 

The building will serve as Appolonia city’s headquarters and offer several other office spaces for lease ranging from sizes 116sqm to 661sqm.

 

Appolonia City is one of the mega cities being developed by Rendeavour, a property developer with a portfolio around Africa. Other cities being developed include: Tatu City in Nairobi and Alaro City in Lagos State.

GREA is also the developer of the Eneo building in Tatu City, Rosslyn Grove in Nairobi, and  Africa Data Center in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos State.
