Landmark Group, a notable property developer and owner of developments around Africa has just awarded ITB Nigeria Limited  as the Main Contractor of the Landmark Waterview Apartments.

Landmark Waterview Apartments is one of the projects under the Landmark Group’s portfolio. The residential development will stand at 28 floors once completed and offer a total of 306 apartments including: studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, and 4 bed apartments.

According to Landmark Group: ‘’the Waterview Apartment residents will enjoy special benefits exclusive to them and unavailable to anyone else, including complimentary beach membership, discounts on retail stores within the ecosystem, VIP access to selected events, loyalty reward programs, discounted use of event and rental spaces, and an array of resident-only amenities.’’

The development is joining other residential developments in the same area including:  Empire Royale, Empire Residences 2, One Ocean and Blossom Condominiums, Pacific Heights, among many others.

Other projects by Landmark include: Landmark Boulevard and the Landmark Events Centre.

ITB Nigeria Limited  are notable Contractors who have been in charge of projects such as: Heritage Place and Kings Tower in Ikoyi, Eko Tower 1 and Eko Tower 2 in Victoria Island, Alpha One Tower in Eko Atlantic, and Ocean Parade Residences in Banana Island.

The project already has Ana Designs Studio Pvt. Ltd as part of the project team, being the project’s Architect.
