Kileleshwa is an upscale neighbourhood located to the West of the Nairobi City Central District. It is bounded by Lavington to its North and West, and Kilimani to its South, and South East. It is also separated from the Nairobi CBD and Westlands environs by the Nairobi Expressway. 

The area is largely residential, with several developments that support residential living, such as schools, retail shops, pharmacies/hospitals, and more.

Kileleshwa is one of the most serene areas in Nairobi, notable for its large residential developments, situated on large plots of lands. However, in recent years, developers have begun to build multi-family unit apartments.
