The Nigeria Red Cross Society (NRCS) today handed over their former Lagos HQ property to their development partner, Mall D’Oasis Shopping Center Limited (MDO) for re-development. The new re-development, “Oasis Center, Ikoyi”, will be operated under a Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) lease arrangement for 25 years.
Situated on a land area of 3,545 sqm, the proposed mixed-use development will feature two wings:
- Wing A is 7 floors and it consists of 80 units of residential studio apartments
- Wing B is 6 floors and it consists of 3,000 sqm of Office space and 1 floor for retail.
With the handover signaling the commencement of work on the site, the main contractor is Denver Build and it was designed by South African firm, LYT.
The Nigeria Red Cross Society President, Elder Bolaji Anani, says:
“We are happy to finally handover this project which was initially conceptualized in 2016. we have no doubt in the ability of Mall D’Oasis and Denver Build Limited to deliver a top-notch development”.
D’Oasis brand is also responsible for the development of the Oasis Mall-Ikeja which is currently under construction and is slated for completion in 2021. According to the Management of MDO, the Oasis brand is inspired by the vision to provide a world-class environment that supports good quality living across Nigeria.

Ikoyi Plaza on the corner of Awolowo Road and Keffi Street
Lotus Capital HQ on Awolowo Road
GTBank Extension on Awolowo Road
The development is slated for completion in Q1:2022.
