Rabie Property Group, a prominent South African developer, recently announced plans to launch the first phase construction of its luxury retirement offering in Century City, Cape Town, South Africa. Oasis Life Century City designed for modern-age retirees, will be launched in November 2023. 

 

Located in close proximity to Ratanga park, Oasis Life Century City offers leisure opportunities such as canoeing, kayaking, and scenic walking paths – ideal for the residents.

 

In addition, a key feature of Oasis Life Century City will be the state of the art security system including cameras, facial and license plate recognition, and 24/7 manned Century City Service Operations Centre (SOC).

 

The first phase of construction is expected to be ready for occupation by mid-2025 and will comprise an apartment block with 63 apartments and more than seven floors with one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, garden units, and penthouses.

 

According to the developer’s website, the complete retirement development will offer a mix of:

• 121 Apartments
• 28 Studios
• 38 One-bedrooms
• 50 Two-bedrooms
• 5 Penthouses

 

Pricing for the units will start at R3 million ($157,000).
