Oniru is known as an extension of Victoria Island due to its close proximity to the area and the borders that they share. It is also in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and Ikate Elegushi areas resulting in relatively high land and house prices.

The area is also known to have several beach resorts because of its location near the Atlantic Ocean, as well as entertainment centers. Some of these include: Landmark beach, Oniru beach resort, Oniru Private beach, and The Good beach. Its location close to the ocean also equips many properties in this area with waterfront features.

Land in Oniru is not as expensive as in Victoria Island but is more expensive than the Ikate area. Based on the data we have on this market, the average land price per sqm in Oniru has grown at an average rate of  13% over the past 5 years. The area saw a stable growth rate over these years because of the continuous demand for land in the area. We still expect the growth to remain stable.
