These new appointments however, which include mixed-use, healthcare and office projects, may usher them into a new era. The projects include:

• The Ilubirin mixed-use development located on Lagos Island at the foot of 3rd Mainland Bridge, which is sponsored by Lagos State Government – Ministry of Housing and First Investment Development Company;
• A 15 storey office development located on Glover Road designed by Bravura Architects which is being built by El-Alan Construction;
• And a 7-floor healthcare facility.
