The Waves office development is an elaborate and ambitious project located on the Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue waterfront in Victoria Island, Lagos. This four in one building is designed to give an S-shape on the facade. The first 3 floors are reserved for extensive parking, while third to tenth floors are open office spaces with future partition to be designed to meet the end users.
