Volta Place is a Grade A office development located in the Airport Residential Area of Greater Accra. The 4,100m2 building was completed in March 2018 and developed by VRA Property Holding Company. Since 2023, Volta Place has served as host to the Ghanaian arm of pan-African fintech company Paystack.

335 Place is a Grade A+ office development situated in the North Dzorwulu area of Accra. Developed by Eris Property Group and designed by Boogertman and Partners Architect Ltd, the 9,000m2 building was completed in September 2018. The 12-floor development currently plays host to the head office of multinational tech company, Oracle.

One Airport Square – Occupiers include 8D Global
One Airport Square is a 16,600m2 office development located in the heart of Airport city, Greater Accra. The Grade A development which was completed in November 2015, was developed by Actis with Mace YMR a part of the project development team. This 9-floor architectural marvel currently plays host to international tech organization, 8D Global.
