With 2019 just around the corner, the Ibom Tropicana Entertainment Centre ‘Tropicana Mall’ (originally developed in 2011 by the Akwa Ibom State Government) is gearing for its launch. As initially planned, completion of works is scheduled Q2 2019 with some tenants potentially trading by February 2019. <o:p></o:p>

Between the 31st of October – 2nd of November 2018 Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate held a tenant Forum and Site Visit for stakeholders and potential retailers, with the likes of Oliver Tweest Restaurant, Pacreams, Gene Bendi, DE OKT Ventures, Maybrands, L & T Mobile, Medplus, Allure Cosmetics, Black & White Unisex Salon, Diapers & Kiddies, Quenthall Pharmacy, Allure & Scents, Royalline, Leatherex, Pharmablaze, Zenith Bank, Teniks Home Plus, Amela Pharmacy, Our Heritage Clothing, E3 Events & Banquets and The Fragrance Store to mention a few in attendance.
