Victoria Island is one of the most luxurious areas located within Lagos state. It is located within the financial district of Lagos state notable for its office and residential properties. As one of the most affluent areas within the state, Victoria Island has relatively high land prices which is similar to its nearby areas, Ikoyi and Lekki Phase 1.
Characterized by an array of residential, hospitality, and commercial high-rise developments, Victoria Island is considered to be the commercial hub of the city. As a result, it plays host to some of the most notable organizations including Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, The Civic Tower which hosts Deloitte Nigeria, the Nigerian Law School Campus, and Africa Reinsurance House.
