Dzorwulu is a middle to high-class neighborhood in Accra, bordered by Achimota in the North, Airport Residential area and Roman Ridge in the South, Abelemkpe in the West, and Kotoka International Airport in the East.
This area is located about 5-7km from the airport and as such, is one of the top residential destinations for expatriates and multinationals. It is also known for its many retail plazas such as: Canwest, Nako House, The Palazzo, and Alys Plaza.

The residential market in Dzorwulu is similar to the Airport area with both areas being close to the international airport. The market consists of majorly deluxe to luxury buildings situated in a well-planned environment. However, Dzorwulu is still cheaper than the Airport area in terms of its prices, especially because the Airport area is closer to the International Airport.
