A key finding on customer pain points was the increased demand for improved Reporting and Documentation and Faster Response Times. Though Cost Management is typically regarded as the greatest pain point, the problems landlords currently face is changing, as asset ownership is increasingly institutional.

Right now, we are conducting some research on behalf of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (formerly the British Institute of Facilities Management) on the Facilities Management Industry in Nigeria.
