The project financing and advisory was structured and provided by the Guinean subsidiary of the Société Générale Group.  The bank granted several loan facilities at an estimated cost of approximately US$9 million.

ONOMO Hotels already operate in six African markets, with plans to build a portfolio of more than 20 hotels in the next five years, with an estimated 1,400 hotel beds.  Other planned openings are expected in Kigali and Durban in early 2018.  The Casablanca-based hotel group has just announced a €106 million fundraising by CDC, CIC Capital and its founding shareholder Batipart.
