Last week Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode assured that the construction of Ajah Flyover would be completed by the end of May 2017. The long-awaited flyover is expected to alleviate chronic traffic issues seen in the area and stimulate further growth on the Lekki-Epe axis.

The bridge was announced in a press release published in December 2015, where the Lagos State Government approved the construction of flyover bridges for two of the State’s high-density traffic zones – Ajah roundabout and the Abule Egba junction.
