Amazing Grace II Towers is an 8-floor residential development located at Femi Okunnu (formerly Cooper) Road in the highbrow Ikoyi region of Lagos state known for luxury residential buildings including 4 Bourdillon, Tango Towers, and Sisi Paris.

The project commenced in Q3:2018. Previous projects handled by the main contractor of this project, SAS Space Design, include the Mulliner Towers and the Banwo & Ighodalo HQ in Ikoyi, Lagos. The project manager of this development is Advanxa Projects Limited. 

Amazing Grace II Towers comprises two blocks (Block A & B) of 16 and 8 units of 3-bedroom apartments that are equipped with fully fitted kitchens and boys' quarters in each unit. Each apartment is 300 square meters.
