Cascadia Apartments is a residential development located in Limuru Road, Nairobi. Limuru road is a major road that connects Limuru Town to Westlands and major parts of Nairobi. It takes approximately 29 minutes to drive from Nairobi to Limuru. Being a major highway, Limuru Road is very accessible and is scheduled to host ALP West Logistics Park 3 - Kariba.

This 14-floor development is the residential segment of the 100-acre Two rivers development which also consists of retail (62,000m² / 220 stores), hospitality (370 keys), and office (21,000m2) components. The building features:
