Cashcraft is located on Murtala Mohammed Way, Yaba, and is fully occupied by Cash Craft. It was designed by Planearth Associates and the main contractor for the project is Petabat Nigeria.
The Yaba region, which was once among the most affluent regions in Lagos, is now seeing urban renewal as new plans outlined by the state government intends on making the region more commercial. Asking rentals for good office space in the region currently range between N15,000 - N25,000/m²/annum.
