Ewa Place

Ewa Place is a 4-floor multi-unit luxury residential development by Toju Primer located at No. 14, Whitesand Street in Lekki Phase 1. The development comprises of 3 units of 4-bedroom apartments (365 m²) on 4 floors each, 2 units of 2-bedroom apartments (107 m²) each on a floor and 1 3-bedroom penthouse (228m²) on the top floor. It also has 10 parking bays, a swimming pool and an outdoor relaxation area.  

Ewa Place derives its name from the Yoruba word for beauty. According to the developers of the project, the designers have tried to encapsulate this virtue, not just in the building’s design, but also in its artistic and seamless blend of contemporary Architecture with a unique and a generous dose of Life and style (Lifestyle).

Urban Primer who designed The Guiliano by Sujimoto are also designers of the project with Alliance Engineering Consultants as the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineers and Kaystruct Engineering Consultant as the Structural Engineers.

The project is expected to be delivered by Q4 2021.
