Hilton Hotel

The Hilton Hotel Lagos is 250-key hospitality development located along the Airport Road in Ikeja, Lagos. This conceptual hotel development is being sponsored by Aero Marine with the Hilton Group as its planned operator. The agreement with Hilton was signed over 12 years ago during summer 2008 and construction works commenced in 2011 with ITB Nigeria Limited acting as the main contractor. Though completion was slated for 2013, activity on site was suspended shortly after construction commenced. Due to the extensive delays and the amount of time it has taken for this hotel to reach completion, it is possible the initial agreement signed with Hilton has lapsed or is no longer valid.

The property was designed by DAA Architects Limited in collaboration with the UK based Building Design Partnership. 

No new activity has been noted on site. This hotel should not be mistaken for the Lagos Airport Hilton Hotel, a 350-key development that is being sponsored by Quits Hospitality Limited.
