The Kuramo Beach Residences or Total Residential Development is a 16-floor residential project located on the corner of Adetokunbo Ademola Street and Ahmadu Bello Way in Victoria Island, Lagos. The two towers include approximately 140 residential apartments, a clubhouse, two podium parking levels as well as recreational and sports facilities on the ground level and sit on a built-up area of 40,000sqm.
Construction commenced in Q2:2016 and was completed in Q1:2019. The Project team members include ITB Nigeria as the main contractors and MZ Architects as the architects.
