Mulberry Mansions is a 3-floor multi-residential development located on Shoreline Road, Off Onikoyi Road in the highbrow Ikoyi region of Lagos state known for luxury residential buildings including 4 Bourdillon, Tango Towers, Sisi Paris and Cuddle by Cadwell (currently under construction).

Construction commenced in Q2: 2020, and the project is slated for completion in Q3:2021. The main contractor of this project is First Synergi Construction, and the architect is Si.Sa who is also the architect of the J.K Randle Center for Yoruba Culture and History.

Mulberry Mansions is divided into two blocks namely, Block A and Block B. Block A consists of one 5-bedroom detached house measuring 859 sqm & two 3-bedroom maisonettes measuring between 268 – 276 sqm. While Block B consists of three 4-bedroom terraces measuring between 315-363 sqm & and one 3-bedroom penthouse measuring 246 sqm.

The development will have porcelain tiles floor and wall finishing in the bathrooms, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, elevators for the penthouse and fully equipped kitchens.

Facilities include fire and burglar alarm systems, digital surveillance (CCTV), 3 parking bays per property, fully equipped fitness centre/gym and a swimming pool.
