Block A consists of one 5-bedroom detached house measuring 859 sqm & two 3-bedroom maisonettes measuring between 268 – 276 sqm. While Block B consists of three 4-bedroom terraces measuring between 315-363 sqm & and one 3-bedroom penthouse measuring 246 sqm.
The development will have porcelain tiles floor and wall finishing in the bathrooms, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, elevators for the penthouse and fully equipped kitchens.
Facilities include fire and burglar alarm systems, digital surveillance (CCTV), 3 parking bays per property, fully equipped fitness centre/gym and a swimming pool.
