47 Glover (Waltersmith Tower)

47 Glover (Waltersmith Tower) is a 7-floor office building located at Glover Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.  Ikoyi is a highbrow region of Lagos State known for its prime office buildings such as Heritage Place, Mulliner Tower, Famfa Oil Tower, IOD House, amongst many others.

It was developed by Danraz Nigeria and Waltersmith Petroman Limited, while El-Alan Construction Company Nig. Ltd. was the Main Contractor. 

The Grade A office development commenced construction in Q2:2017 and was completed in Q3:2019. It has a Gross Built Area of approximately 8,627 sqm and a Gross Lettable Area of 4,739 sqm.

• Profica as the Project Manager

• CBRE as the agent

• Vaac Technical Limited as the MEP Engineer

• K3 Alu Products as the AluGlass Contractor

As we mentioned during one of our visits to the site in January 2019, the WalterSmith Group is the anchor tenant of this tower, occupying up to 3 floors.
