Park Apartments is a 7-floor residential development by Mobus Property Development Limited, located on Switchback Lane, in the highbrow residential Cantonments area of Accra city. The Cantonments area is home to expatriates working in foreign missions including the Russian, American, Chinese, Mexican and Bulgarian embassies.

The real estate activity in the area extends to some high street retail and major office developments such as: Zollikon Heights, Henriettas Residences, The Embassy Gardens, and the Cantonment City project (a project that includes large multi-storey mixed-use developments sponsored by Goldkey Properties and anchored by corporates such as Huawei, PwC and Ernst and Young.

According to the developer, up to 66% of the units have been sold out. Facilities in the development include a gym with a yoga studio, swimming pool, cafe and a rooftop lounge.
