Radisson Collection Hotel (Formerly Chelsea Group Hotel)

Radisson Collection Hotel (Formerly Chelsea Group Hotel) is a 160-room hotel located at the intersection of Alfred Rewane (Kingsway) Road, Gerrard Road, and Osborne Road in Ikoyi, Lagos. The developers, Chelsea Group, also own hotels in Abuja. The distinctive build style which incorporates steel frames indicated that the build time should have been considerably faster, but that has not been the case.

Currently nearing completion, the project commenced in Q4:2014, and completion is slated for Q1:2022. The main contractor of the 10-floor development is Impacto Grupo World. Facilities include a spa, lobby cafe, gym, meeting & event area with a capacity of 400 people, and a swimming pool.

There are many other impressive mixed-use commercial real estate projects nearby including Heritage Place, Alliance Place, Temple Tower, Kingsway Tower, BAT Rising Sun, DSPDC's residential developments, and the abandoned Luxury Collection Hotel.
