The Exchange (formerly Victoria Tower) is a 10-floor building located on Mobolaji Johnson Avenue in Ikeja, the administrative nerve of Lagos state. Recently acquired from the developer Negris Group, the development will undergo renovation and redesign. Initially designed by NOAR Konsult Architects, The Exchange will join other notable Grade B developments located in Ikeja such as Landmark Place and Credit Direct Limited HQ which are quickly attaining 100% occupancy rates.
Billed to be completed in Q4:2021, MOE + art Architecture are responsible for the new design, Richard Brainsworth is the Project Manager of this renovation project and Folmak Partnership is the Cost Consultant (Quantity Surveyor). All three of the aforementioned companies were also involved in the development of the Credit Direct Limited HQ.
The Exchange offers 8,000 sqm of gross lettable space and will feature amenities including a gym, cafe, restaurant, two levels of parking space, meeting & conference facilities, courtyard canteen, lobby lounge, and a dedicated co-working space. It has a floor plate size of 1,012sqm on the 2nd floor, 1,100sqm on the 3rd – 7th floor, and 1,058 sqm on the 10th floor.
