Shonny Park Place is a 5-floor development located in Shonibare Estate, Maryland, Lagos. The residential development is in close proximity to the Maryland Mall and the Marriott Hotel in Ikeja GRA. It is also 9.5 km from the Murtala Muhammed Airport.

It is located on the corner of Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way & Shonny Highway. Construction commenced in 2018 and was completed in 2020. This project was developed by Grenadines Homes, developers of the mixed-use Oceanna Towers in Oniru and the 10-floor proposed residential development Skyvilla in Ikoyi. It consists of 2 bedroom penthouses and 3 & 4 bedroom maisonettes. According to the developers, all units have been sold out.
